Love this series of games. This company also has Random Heroes which is uber fun. But even if you havent played the others then this is a great place to start. Cant wait for more to come.

This game contains no real auction. Within the first level you act like we have to get past by that with out getting hit by those monsters. Dont spend your money on this game horrible!!!!!!!!

This game is very entertaining and it never gets boring. Also there are 3 classes with different armor, weapons and abilities which was a very cool feature. Also the boss battles are very well made and there are many cool enemies to fight.

This game is reallllllyy enjoyable. The randomly generated levels keep the game fresh and the quests are a fun part of the game. Its also really fun looking for the secret in each level

This is honestly one of the best games I have ever played on the App Store. Its so simple and easy to get the hang of and a great time killer. I think it took a little more than a week to beat but now Im ready to beat it with the Mage and rogue since I already have with the warrior. Everyone should by this game because its so worth the $0.99 I would a lot more for it. The only complaint I have is that some of my achievements are glitched on game-center, but thats not even a big deal or anything wrong with the actual game. I recommend that everyone download this game.

Ive enjoyed his game quite a bit. I played the first one and this second game hits the fun factor just the same. I enjoy playing the 8bit style and the leveling up system is great. The only issue I have is I wanted to continually max my stats for fun, but level 66 seems the be the cap. After beating the game with all three characters, I decided to farm the first few levels for a few hours collecting the experience boxes (3 = another level). Once I hit level 66 with 100% crit chance, I couldnt level up anymore. The experience bar just resets :( Overall its a great game! I strongly recommend this for anyone looking to enjoy a few hours of play time!

I love this game its one of the best in my phone. With that said I wish I didnt have to unlock items by getting to certain stage. That was the only thing that was worse than it was than its predecessor. Other than that all the new features have blown me away with how awesome they are.

Love this game. I have 2 points to bring up, though. number one, I dont like having the items locked until you level up. So far Ive amassed $10,000 trying to level up with less than stellar weapons. The other thing is a glitch when you exit the game and come back to it--your hearts arent full! Very annoying.

having to reach certain levels to unlock weapons ruins the game. Please change it back to the old system!

I enjoy the game but dont know about enemies turning on a dime when you come into sight. Bring back the old system. Also give us some higher levels items.

Devious dungeon was awesome but this second game is annoying. Every time I open the game no matter what Im stuck back on level 1-1 also playing on the 6 plus and the whole game is just really small. Bring back the old stuff !

I guess I have gotten to a point where I cant level up anymore. Nothing I do gets me any xp. So, in other words, I have no reason to play anymore even though I havent finished the game. Itd be good to know beforehand - I spent a week getting my guy up to level 66. Oh well.

Incredibly addicting but there are a few issues that need to be fixed before it can get 5 stars Level 66 seems to be the cap for leveling up- I want to keep going. When you come back to game after leaving in the middle of a level, your hearts arent refilled but you cant resume where you were, either. Upgrade armor etc too slowly- you get so much money with nothing to spend it on You quickly get to the point where killing monsters has no effect on your xp, you just have to find the red books. Please fix these, its an awesome game!

DD2 improved on the first by adding more classes, weapons and more.

Great old school platformer! Just finished this as the Rogue (Best character, in my opinion. That double jump lets you fly through levels) and was entertained from start to finish. Just as good and even better in many ways, than the first Devious Dungeon game. Ravenous Games always delivers! The addition of different character classes is a fantastic upgrade. The only minor complaint I have about that is that there is a big missed opportunity for re-play value. I wish gold or some kind of bonus carried over from a completed character class. If there was some insensitive to replay, Id be doing that now. But after finishing the game with one character, its a bit of a bummer starting completely over from scratch with a new one. I was hoping Id be rewarded for finishing the game, but no such luck. Ive got TONS of gold with my maxed out character that is of absolutely no use now. The levels, enemies and bosses are all great. And the game does a great job of smoothly and consistently upping the difficulty level as you go. But while this is a sequel, you will recognize many of the same enemies from the first game. Not a big gripe. I understand how much more work it would be to make all new enemies. But it does give this the feel of an update or expansion to the first game rather than a true sequel. Ive seen people complaining about controls but I had zero problems. Controls are perfect. Of course youre going to make some mistakes due to the very nature of the virtual buttons, but there is no getting around that. I did play this on an ipad though, so maybe the complaints are coming from iphone users? Overall, a really fun, addicting and well made retro platformer. Well worth the 99 cents. If youre a fan of past Ravenous games, youre going to love this one too.

I want to play with my mfi controller. Please add this in a update. Then this game will be perfect

Iffy controls, bugs. Only 99c at least, entertaining for a decent 20 minutes. The bug I had was that I killed the boss with poison a second after I died and it leveled me up. So I was alive and dead simultaneously but now the game wont get rid of the resurrect screen no matter what I do.

Platform game is about using tools and abilities to challenge difficult levels! But what the fk is that level lock? Only when I reach level xxx I can buy better stuff?? This design is so stupid! Sh it ! Also, procedural generation is about surprising game play, you randomize the level, but the game play is the same, even harder actually. This makes the game difficult but boring.

I have had so much fun with this game and its predecessor! Its great for five minutes or an hour and the play value is outstanding. Bravo, Ravenous Games! Keep em coming!

Just as good as the first and a great value.
